Problem Definition

Currently the issue key is included in the exported forms PDF file name. The exported file name format is:

<form-name>-<Issue-key>.pdf

In case, the file name is changed, there is no information within the Forms to identify the issue key to which forms belong.

Suggested Solution

It would be helpful to include the issue key in the header or footer on each page of the exported forms PDF file.
