Allow Conditional forms to be arranged in vertical fashion so it can be applied to columns layout

      Allow Conditional forms to be arranged in a vertical fashion so it can be applied for columns.

      Currently, it is not possible to set the Forms conditional logic when using a vertical layout. It would be nice to have this implemented.
