Issue Summary
When an Issue is cloned, it does not copy Forms to the new ticket. However, the Form Attachments are copied into the new ticket. Since the Forms has to be copied again using an automation or REST API call, this Forms attachment is duplicated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new ticket with forms containing Forms attachment

- Clone the ticket, either manually or using automation.
- The new ticket will have the Forms Attachment, but the Form itself is not copied into the new ticket

Expected Results
Either the complete Form has to be copied or the Forms Attachment should not be copied into the new ticket.
Actual Results
The new ticket will have the Form Attachment, but the Form itself is not copied into the new ticket

Notes
We have an open suggestion JSDCLOUD-10939 to copy forms into cloned ticket.
Workaround
- The Forms attachment has to be manually deleted from the ticket
