Ability to create a customer from the Reporter field in new issue view after issue creation

      Problem

      The Reporter field in the view issue screen doesn't allow to create/add new customers that are not existing in the project/site. 

      Suggested Solution

      User must be able to add new customers from the Reporter field post issue creation as same as they do from the Create issue screen.

      Workaround

      Add the customer first and then use it in the Reporter field.
