When creating a shareable link to a form, the first shareable link is a generic link in the format seen below (urls from my test instance below)

      Shareable link - https://bnatarajan.atlassian.net/jira/forms/create

This is what is copied when user clicks on "Copy Link" as seen in the screenshot below:

User will need to use this and then select the project/request type and form to get a unique link which has the format:
      https://bnatarajan.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/DESK/forms/form/direct/3/10005?requestTypeId=88

The documentation specifies how to go about creating a direct link to a form vs a generic link but this is not clear from the UI where the copy link is shown.

All it says is - Use this link to create issues directly, or copy and paste to embed in a Confluence page.

So, the link that an end user uses for embedding, and creating issues directly isn't the link on the settings page (which is the general one) but the direct one that's created after pre-filling the request type.

This is a request for the verbiage/instruction text in the Forms>Settings screen to be made more clear such that the user is aware of the additional step needed to get that direct link.
