Issue Summary
Currently, when an On-call schedule is created in the Teams > Operations section you assign a default timezone, when a member of the team from a different region looks at the schedule they see the on-call schedule with the assigned timezone and not their own timezone.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into JSM -> Select a Team -> Go to Team Operations.
- Go to On-call Tab you will see the timezone to the one set during creation.
Expected Results
If a user from a different timezone logs into this section they should see the timezone set to their timezone. This should adapt to the timezone configured by each user in the personal settings of Jira.
Actual Results
All users see the same timezone configured in the schedule.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
