      Issue Summary

      SLA starts however does not stop when initiating and stopping actions happen at the same time

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start Counting SLA : When Resolution is set
      2. Stop Counting SLA : When Entered status is Resolved

      Expected Results

      SLA should start and end at the same time as both the actions occur simultaneously

      Actual Results

      SLA starts counting however does not stop

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
