Summary

Even when your customer access is set to not allow customers to create their own accounts, the login page in the portal shows the following message:

• "Enter your email to log in or sign up"

This phrasing could make customers assume there's a possibility to sign up when that is not the case.

Suggestion

Remove the "or sign up" part of the message when customer access is set to not allow customers to create their own accounts.

Workaround

Add a custom login message informing customers that sign-up is currently disabled following these steps:
