Jira Edge Connector script fails with "There is no mapped action found for action[postActionToJEC]"

      Issue Summary

      The Jira Edge Connector script fails with "There is no mapped action found for action[postActionToJEC]" when using thejira-service-management-1.0.2_jec-1.0.1 release. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up JEC locally in your on-prem environment by following Configure Jira Edge Connector
      2. Start the process and evidence the first action fails with:
      There is no mapped action found for action[postActionToJEC]

      Expected Results

      The JEC should process the message and execute the specified script without errors.

      Actual Results

      The JEC fails to process the message, and the below exception is thrown in the jec<pid>.log file:

      ERROR[Timestamp] Message[Message ID] is invalid, will not be processed.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
