Would like to reauthorise details for JSM project Connected email accounts

      User Problem

      Currently if the password or authorization details change for a JSM project Connected email account, there’s no option to update the details in JSM. The only choice is to remove and re-create the account. This creates extra admin work and loses the previous email logs.

      Suggested Solutions

      Users would like the ability to re-authenticate the existing account directly.

      Current Workarounds

      The only workaround is to delete and re-add the custom email account.
