Allow further customization of Jira Forms

      Problem:

      Users would like to have the ability to further customize Jira Forms for portal/issue view and PDF format.

      Current behaviour

      The current interface doesn't provide us the ability to have further customization for Jira Forms in builder/issue view/portal as the improvements described below.

      Possible improvements

      1. Improve/edit forms layout/color
      2. Ability to include a logo in the Jira Form
      3. Possibility to customize the number of pages and view for PDF format and in the bottom of the fields
      4. Ability to customize values for number fields and include the $ sign as prices
      5. Option to Edit field's options/description on Jira form.
