Issue Summary

Timezone inconsistencies within JSM Operations. When on-call schedule configured to Europe/Belgrade there is a discrepancy in the timezone displayed in the overview screen and in the edit mode of on-call. This just seems UI related and hence there is not any impact caused due to this inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login into Jira 
2. Go to Teams
3. On-call schedule -> Create/update on - call schedule timezone to Europe/Belgrade (+01:00) and notice that once you save it. 
4. Over view window the timezone displayed will be Europe/Belgrade (UTC +02:00)

Expected Results

The timezone should be consistently displayed across view and edit screen of on - call.

Actual Results

The timezone is displayed inconsistently across the view and edit screen.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
