Changing the project default language to another language breaks the translation of request type names leading to tickets not being shown in the Tickets tab of Atlassian Assist for MS Teams.

      Issue Summary

      Changing the project default language to another language causes mismatch in request type names leading to tickets not showing up in the Tickets tab of MS Teams app.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new service project
      2. Integrate the project with MS Teams from Project Settings -> Chat Settings page
      3. Set up the request team and agent team with the request types
      4. Create a ticket from request channel in MS Teams
      5. Check if the ticket is shown in Assist App (Tickets Tab)
      6. Navigate to Language support section of the project and enable a different language (say German)
      7. Navigate to Chat settings page and try to update the request type in German, it won't be saved in German
      8. Check the tickets tab in Assist app, the ticket would not show up anymore

      Expected Results

      The request type gets translated correctly to the Language enabled in language support section

      Workaround

      Change the project’s default language to the language that was originally used when setting up the Chat integration.
