Issue Summary
Changing the project default language to another language causes mismatch in request type names leading to tickets not showing up in the Tickets tab of MS Teams app.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new service project
- Integrate the project with MS Teams from Project Settings -> Chat Settings page
- Set up the request team and agent team with the request types
- Create a ticket from request channel in MS Teams
- Check if the ticket is shown in Assist App (Tickets Tab)
- Navigate to Language support section of the project and enable a different language (say German)
- Navigate to Chat settings page and try to update the request type in German, it won't be saved in German
- Check the tickets tab in Assist app, the ticket would not show up anymore
Expected Results
