Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a form in the Form builder in Project Settings -> Forms
2. Update the value of any choices using the sidebar in the Form builder 

Expected Results

Users can type new choice values in the choice textboxes.

Actual Results

The choice textboxes lose its focus after each character input, resulting in users need ing to select the textboxes again to add more characters.

Workaround

Copy-pasting the new choice values from somewhere else into the choice textboxes rather than typing directly to the textboxes
