Email request failed due to varies error due to account not existed even though it's already existed in the project/site

      Issue Summary

      Email request intermittent failed due to varies error related to the sender account , for example:

      • Sorry, self-signup is disabled for this help center. You need to be invited first.
      • Email doesn't belong to domains allowed in customer access settings.
      • Account verification required

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an email
      2. Send it to JSM email request where you already have access to it.

      Expected Results

      Email process successfully and create a new issue or add comment to existing issue.

      Actual Results

      From the email request "view log" shown the error. For example :-

      • Sorry, self-signup is disabled for this help center. You need to be invited first.
      • Email doesn't belong to domains allowed in customer access settings.
      • Account verification required

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

      As for the JSM Administrator, for the failed email, if the project used custom email request , kindly set the email back to "Unread" mode in the inbox to allow the email processor to process the email again.
      For the default email request , reach out to support to reprocess the email.
