Using new feature to Restrict Request Types causes Assist to fail when creating tickets on Slack.

      Issue Summary

      Restricting Request Types to any group will cause Assist to fail to create ticket, even if the user is on the group.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Project Settings > Request Types
      2. click on the lock icon and select a group
      3. Go back to the Slack Request Channel and try to create a ticket

      The request type is also not displayed on the Assist home app button, even if the user who clicks is on the group selected when restricting the Request Type.

      Expected Results

      The ticket would be created if the user is on the group selected when restricting the Request Type.

      Actual Results

      Assist fails to create the ticket with the following error:

      Workaround

      No workaround for this at the moment.
