Issue Summary
Create an option to disable the customer notification for specific transitions only.
Steps to Reproduce
When an admin stops the Notification rule for "Customer-visible status changed", it stops notification of all the Status changes visible on the portal.
Expected Results
The admin should be able to configure customer notification in such a way that he/she should be able to Enable/Disable notification for a specific Status change.
Actual Results
When an admin stops the Notification rule for "Customer-visible status changed", it stops notification of all the Status changes visible on the portal.
