      Issue Summary

For projects without any JSM Chat connected request channels, ticket creation in Slack app home differs from slash command ticket creation.

      Steps to Reproduce

This must be done in a JSM site that does not have any already connected request channels.

      1. Connect a Slack site to a project via JSM Chat.
      2. Create or connect an Agent channel and add connected request types.
      3. Leave request channel unconnected to anything.
      4. Navigate to Slack Assist app home - there will be no raise request button.
      5. Navigate to any unconnected Slack channel.
      6. Type /assist and the modal to select a request type and create a ticket appears.

      Expected Results

We would expect slash commands and app home behavior to be the same in terms of what projects users can access to create tickets.

      Actual Results

The "Raise Request" button is not visible in Slack app home but slash command will still allow users to create tickets based on any existing and visible Agent channel request types.

      Workaround

Connecting a Slack request channel in JSM Chat settings will result in the "raise request" button appearing.
