Issue Summary
The Virtual agent Intents are not working properly in the Slack mobile (both Android and iOS) when there's a drop-down selection required.
You can select one of the values in the drop-down, but the VA or Slack doesn’t recognize it, so it keeps waiting for the answer and doesn't allow the flow to continue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have an intent with "Ask for information" step
- Add a Select list field in the "Field" option
- Access Slack App in your mobile and initiate the intent flow
- When it reaches the "Ask for information" step try to select a value for the Select list field
- After selecting the value you'll see that the intent flow will not continue
- If you access the thread in another account, you'll see that the Select list didn't receive a value
Expected Results
After selecting the value in the drop-down the intent should continue in the Slack thread.
Actual Results
Nothing happens and the intent keeps waiting for a value.
