Issue Summary
"Changes on Affected Services" field currently available only for the Incident management category request types only. Changes on Affected Services field should be available for problem management type tickets as well.
Ex : If we select Affected services field in incident management type tickets, then there is default field called "Changes on Affected Services" to show up the changes of related affected services.
However, we don't see that option for the Problem management type tickets. It is great to consider integrating same "Changes on Affected Services" field to problem management type tickets as well.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Incident management type ticket. Then you will see "Changes on Affected Services" field next to the affected services field.
- Create Problem management type ticket. You will see affected services, however you don't see the field "Changes on Affected Services".
Expected Results
Changes on Affected Services field should be available for problem management type tickets as well.
Actual Results
Currently "Changes on Affected Services" available only for incident management type tickets.
