Regarding the reported issue, it stems from an intentional 7-second timeout built into Jira. In some cases, especially with complex queries, the Assets platform may require more time to process, which is why we're considering reclassifying this issue as a suggestion rather than a bug. The good news is that we’ve made substantial investments in improving the performance and reliability of the Assets system over the past few months. These upgrades are aimed at supporting greater capacity, better performance, and more flexibility—designed to prevent issues like this from occurring.
