      Hello Team 👋

We’re always striving to enhance our platform to meet your needs and deliver the required performance and reliability. Regarding the reported issue, it stems from an intentional 7-second timeout built into Jira. In some cases, especially with complex queries, the Assets platform may require more time to process, which is why we're considering reclassifying this issue as a suggestion rather than a bug.

The good news is that we’ve made substantial investments in improving the performance and reliability of the Assets system over the past few months. These upgrades are aimed at supporting greater capacity, better performance, and more flexibility—designed to prevent issues like this from occurring. Stay tuned for announcements or get access to the enhanced Assets platform.

We understand the current performance may not meet everyone’s expectations, but these safeguards are crucial to ensure that other areas of Jira, such as Asset and custom fields, continue to function smoothly.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to make these improvements. We’re excited about the progress and look forward to sharing more updates soon.
