Translate custom field names created in a team-managed project

      Problem

      Currently, when translating custom fields, the language support feature will only apply the translation to the Jira Service Management Portal. The Issue view will still show the field name as created in the request type form.

      Suggestion

      Add the ability to translate the custom field name as in the company-managed projects.
