      Issue Summary

      Incorrect status is shown after a transition with failed validation.

      This is reproducible on the cloud: Yes (Not on all sites)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure a transition with a validator.
      2. Transition the issue such that the validation fails.

      Expected Results

      The status should revert back to the original status along with the error for failed validation.

      Actual Results

      A random status is shown initially after the failed transition.

      Workaround

      The user will need to refresh the page to show the correct status.
