Ability to restore deleted Forms not associated to Jira issues

      Problem

      Currently, a deleted JSM Form(previously Proforma) can be restored only when it is used in a Jira issue. The process is mentioned here: How to recover a deleted form

      However, A form that has never been used in a Jira issue can't be restored with the above method and there is no option to do it.

      Suggested Solution

      A deleted JSM Form should be available for recovery, regardless of whether it is associated with Jira issues.

      Why This Is Important

      • Data loss/unavailable situation
      • Need manual re-work and effort to re-create the deleted forms from scratch

      Workaround

      Once a form is created, copy it to another Jira project. Refer to Copy a form to another project
