      Issue Summary

Having flexibility of attaching private or public Slack channels for Test channels in Virtual Agent feature

      {}Description

Currently, in the Virtual Agent feature available in the JSM projects, when we use Slack, we have following behaviour:

      • Request channels -> We first create a private or public Slack channel and use Assist bot to integrate it with JSM project.
      • Agent channels -> We have "Create agent channel" button available through which a private slack channel is created out of the box in the connected workspace:

      • Test channel-> We have "Create test channel" button available through which a public slack channel is created out of the box in the connected workspace:

      Expected Results

We should have the same flexibility to create a private or public Slack channel and then use Assist to integrate it with JSM project and use it as a Test channel.

      Actual Results

Out of the box Jira creates a public Test channel in the connected workspace with no options.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
