      The suggestion is to display alert lists (saved searches) from Opsgenie directly in Jira Service Management (JSM) dashboards. With the new Operations functionalities in JSM, users want to incorporate these alert lists without duplicating them as JSM issues.

      Currently, only Acknowledged alerts are shown and it doesn't include all Alerts, for which we have to navigate to other pages:
