Issue Summary

In its current state, the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget does not support Request Type field to used as the Statistic type (Example: Pie Chart).

Proposed solution

Add the out of the box Request Type field to be available in the Statistic type drop down to be displayed in the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget and display the data around this field.

Workaround

Create a custom field which is supported by the dashboard gadget (Pie Chart).

Update the custom field using automation for all Jira issues (Copy Request Type value for each issue).

Use the custom field as a statistic type in the dashboard gadget.
