If the ProForma app migration encounters errors, they are not provided for the customer to see. They are not in the application or migration logs, nor are they present in the View logs button on the JCMA dashboard for the app migration container.
Making these logs available for the customer to self-serve would decrease the need for support and allow the customer to address these errors on their side.
Currently, to get the error logs, customers have to contact the Migrations support team.
