Mandatory option to select help centre while adding new customers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add new customers in any service desk project with multiple help centres
2. You see the mandatory option to select the help centre

Expected Results

The default help centre is auto-populated and we do not need to keep this option as a mandatory

The option is mandatory
