Use case:

1. Reporter A opens a ticket with Change Type
2. The ticket is assigned to B
3. B adds 2 approvals to approve the request for 2 different regions (State changed to Waiting for approvals)
4. After the first approval, the assignee (B) SHOULD BE notified (slack, Jira, mail) to proceed with the request for the 1-st region. (NEED A TRIGGER HERE)
5. After the second approver approves/declines the task,  the assignee (B) SHOULD BE notified (slack, Jira, mail), and the task status SHOULD BE changed to In Progress.
