Issue Summary
In Automation for Jira, we have the ability to assign issues to an Opsgenie on-call responder and we have the option to choose a team. As per the current design, the dropdown to select the Opsgenie team displays only the first ten teams. To select a team that is not in the list, the end user types the name of the team to select the same. When searching and selecting a team name (That is not present in the first 10 teams), the selection is not retained and a blank selection is visible in the UI.
Steps to Reproduce
- Integrate Opsgenie with Jira Software cloud
- Create 15 teams in Opsgenie
- Create an automation rule and use the "Assign Issues" action component
- Try to search for the team that is not presented in the suggested list (Any team between 11 to 15) and click on the team to select.
Expected Results
The selected team is retained in the UI and corresponding team schedule can be selected
Actual Results
The selected team is not visible and the team selection is blank. However, the Team schedules seem to be visible.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
