Ability to assign on-call responders using "Balanced Workload", "Random" and "Round-Robin" methods

      User Problem

      Currently, the Assign issue action for On-call responder will only assign tickets to the first user on the schedule.

      This becomes a problem when there are multiple on-call agents for a given schedule.

      Suggested Solutions

      Make available the assignment methods "Balanced Workload", "Random" and "Round-Robin" in the A user in a defined list option.
