Approval Reminder Notification.

      Hi Support Team,

      We are having a question regarding the approval reminder notification configuration.In one of our workflows on JSM, we have this setup where when a ticket transitions to "waiting for approval" status, an notification will be sent out to either 1 approver or 2 approvers conditioned to a threshold amount. In the case of 2 approvers, the approval automation rule is approval is independent of each other rather than a layered approval flow (approvers can approve at the same time)

      Then we also have another setup where a single approval reminder notification email will be sent out to the approvers every day at the same time. All the pending approval tickets of a specific approver will be collected in this one email and sent to that approvers.

      However, in the case of 2 approvers, when one of the approvers already takes an action on the ticket (either approve or reject), the system still includes that tickets in the pending list of the reminder notification email, hence causing quite a confusion to that approver who took the action.
      So we are wondering if there's a way where the system can recognize the action of the approver on a specific ticket, then eliminate that ticket from the list of reminder notification email. Could you help us with a suggestion?
