Suggested improvements
- Currently the amount of results displayed when selecting options from a field when you are building a rule is limited. When clicking on the field or typing some of the initial chars, not all matching results are displayed.
- Automation rule not respecting the custom field date/ time value although converts the time to UTC which is the JIRA default time when a smart value is included
- There is no smart value that returns the default value selected for a custom field on the. Settings > Issues > Custom Fields page. There might be some scenarios where the customer may want to reset the field value via automation with the default value set in the custom fields page.
- Improve error messages - Error message not clear related to missing custom field name
- "Searching for my custom-created fields was very slow and buggy. At one point it stopped working altogether and I had to refresh and start over"
