Currently, to use the Operations API endpoints, a user has to create an API key from an Atlassian Account for Authorization.
This creates a risk of the API Key being invalid if the User Account for which the API key was created is deactivated.
Opsgenie had the ability to create API keys that could be used for Authorization while accessing different Opsgenie API endpoints.
Having a similar approach for JSM Operation also would eliminate the drawback highlighted above.
