Issue Summary

If Automatic creation is ON on JSM Chat, create a ticket from Slack/Assist(JSM-Chat) by using the command "/assist testXXX" will create duplicate tickets.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Jira Service management project
2. Set Chat with Slack
3. Set up the request and agent channel
4. open "request channel" settings and set Automatic creation: ON
5. Open Slack and reach to request channel
6. Create a ticket using command

   /assist testXXX

   2 tickets will be created as following.
   summary is testXXX
   duplicated ticket summary is [Loading...]testXXX

Expected Results

Only one ticket should be created.

Actual Results

duplicate tickets created.

Workaround

Set the Automatic creation: OFF
or the user/customer does not use the command but uses the icon to raise a ticket.
