Issue Summary

Team-managed project, Customer can't change status on Slack/Assist(JSM Chat).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create team-managed project
2. Set Chat with Slack(Assist)
3. Invite a customer(Add JSM Customer license)
4. login as a customer and open Slack
5. Raise a request
6. Click "Change status" and try to change status.
7. A customer can't change status with an error.

    Something went wrong. We were unable to change the status of this issue in Jira.

   

Expected Results

A customer can change status on Slack/Assist.

Actual Results

A customer can't change status with error on Slack/Assist.

Workaround

• A customer can change status on Portal.
• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
