Odd behavior of "Show x more" button in customer portal

      Issue Summary

      On customer portal ticket, when hovering over the "Show 5 more" button, the button moves unexpectedly.
      Please see the following recording for details.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the ticket which have 5 or more comments
      2. Hover over the "Show 5 more" button

      Expected Results

      Hover over does not have any issue

      Actual Results

      Button moves unexpectedly.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
