Summary: Currently there is SLA automation trigger in JSM which is to alert when it breached/will breach in a given time and if it is already breached. That is the only SLA related automation trigger available in Jira.
Reason: There are some situations customers want to make some actions based on SLA met/completed situations.
Ex: Update custom field upon SLA met
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Jira service management Automations
- Look for a SLA completed trigger
