Jira Service Management Automation trigger for SLA met/completed

      Summary: Currently there is SLA automation trigger in JSM which is to alert when it breached/will breach in a given time and if it is already breached. That is the only SLA related automation trigger available in Jira. 

      Reason: There are some situations customers want to make some actions based on SLA met/completed situations.

      Ex: Update custom field upon SLA met 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Navigate to Jira service management Automations
      • Look for a SLA completed trigger

      Desired Results

      • There is no SLA completed triggers available.
