Provide ‘When linked issue is transitioned ’ trigger in Automation (as available in Legacy Automation for JSM)

      Description

      The trigger ‘a linked issue is transitioned’ is available in Legacy Automation but not in the new Automation. 

      Why is it required?

      There might be some scenarios where action needs to be taken on the Jira issue if the linked issue has got transitioned. Currently, you would have to create a Global Automation rule to achieve something similar but global automation rules come with an execution limit. Hence a native trigger is needed in new Automation as well.
