The REST API endpoint /rest/servicedeskapi/request to get customer request does not accept multiple service desk ID as parameter to search for customer request. It currently returns customer requests from all service desk if no service desk ID is passed or returns requests from only one service desk if service desk ID is passed as parameter.
Suggestion:
- REST API to accept multiple service desk ID to filter customer request from specified service desks.
- Display the Total number of request returned by the endpoint.
- Option to sort the customer request rather than default sort by last updated
- Include more field like last updated and Assigned to
