In JSM Customer portal, entered comment is cleared when the browser tab is changed

      Issue Summary

      In customer portal, while entering the comment, and if the user changes the browser tab before saving the comment, entered comment is cleared.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to customer portal
      2. Open the ticket
      3. Enter the comment but not save it
      4. Change the browser tab to another one
      5. Entered comment is cleared

      Expected Results

      Entered comment remains even after changing browser tab

      Actual Results

      Entered comment is disappeared

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
