Issue Summary
In customer portal, while entering the comment, and if the user changes the browser tab before saving the comment, entered comment is cleared.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to customer portal
- Open the ticket
- Enter the comment but not save it
- Change the browser tab to another one
- Entered comment is cleared
Expected Results
Entered comment remains even after changing browser tab
Actual Results
Entered comment is disappeared
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
