Atlassian Assist sends multiple cards in the triage channel in MS Teams about a request created.

Steps to Reproduce

This is not reproducible in all instances.

Expected Results

Sends a single card to the triage channel for each request.

Actual Results

Sends multiple cards to the triage channel for a single request.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
