Problem:

Whenever there is a long comment in Jira (for example, pasting log messages directly in comments, or a comment added through email without stripping the previous responses), its difficult/cumbersome to read it in Slack. 

Suggestion:

Add a feature to either:

• Collapse the message in Slack, interested users can expand the message and read it.
• Truncate the message and add the Web URL to read the comments fully.
