The Developer Escalation panel doesn't load if the cloud site was initially configured with a language other than English

      Issue Summary

      The Developer escalations feature won't load the requests panel if the site has the "work category" field configured with a language different from English.

      Steps to Reproduce

      The tenant must be configured with a language other than English; this implies that system field names are named in the selected language.

      1. Enable the Developer Escalations feature under Project Settings > Features.
      2. Add a request type to the Developer Escalations work category under Project Settings > Request types.
      3. Go to the main service project page, then on the left bar click on "Developer Escalations"

      Expected Results

      The page loads fine and lists all the issues associated with Developer Escalations.

      Actual Results

      The page won't load correctly and instead will show the following error message: 

      We couldn't load developer escalations. Give it a few seconds, then try again.

      The reason is the work category field can't be found by the JQL performed internally while loading the Developer Escalations panel as the web browser dev tools will indicate the same:

      Field 'Work category' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it."
      

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
