Currently, the fields displayed when an agent edits a request via Assist in Slack will show all (supported) fields of the Screen from the Issue type associated with the request type.
The ideal approach would be for the Edit screen in Assist to match the configured Issue view of the request type in Jira.
As of now, removing a field from that pop-up requires removing it from the screen associated with the edit action.
