The features section of Jira Service Management projects lets you enable/disable features such as customer service management and work categories for each project.

If you have multiple projects and want to enable/disable a feature for all of them, you must go to each project's feature section to do so.

Suggested Solution

It would be helpful if there was a way for project administrators and related apps with permission to be able to change the Project Settings > Features for all projects or multiple projects. 

Why this is important

For instances with multiple projects, it might be time-consuming to enable/disable features for each project rather than doing this for multiple projects at once.
