Issue Summary

Users want the ability to receive updates to Slack/MS Teams on request types that they don't wish users to be able to create in Slack/MS Teams.

For example, as Forms are not currently supported in Chat(Forms Integrations: Support Forms in JSM Chat/Atlassian Assist), admins don't want to provide users with a way to not create these issues in the messaging platform, but they still want to receive updates to these issues. 

It would be nice for Admins to be able to have granular control:

• Control which request types can be created in messaging platforms.
• Control which request types can provide updates in messaging platforms. 

Workaround

• Configure the Hide project during issue creation setting. 
  • You can then specify which requests are connected to the Request Channel and only those requests could be opened.
