Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue with multiple comments from the customer portal.
2. Move your mouse close to the border of the button to show more comments.

Expected Results

The screen should not flicker.

Actual Results

The screen may flicker depending on how the browser interprets the code.

Workaround

1. One possible workaround is to disable JavaScript on the browser, which might resolve the flickering but may cause other functionalities to be affected.
2. The screen might flicker due to the browser's interpretation of the code, and this issue might not happen in other browsers. Testing the webpage in different browsers is recommended.
