Issue Summary:

Currently, Request Participants are not receiving Slack notifications when added to a ticket.

Expected Results:

Users should receive Slack notifications when added as Request Participants.

Actual Results:

At present, users don't receive Slack notifications upon being added to a ticket as Request Participants.

Workaround:

Unfortunately, there is currently no known workaround to address the absence of request participant notifications in Slack. A workaround will be provided here when available.
